It has been a bit quiet on the QMOPS front for a while, but the projects haven't stalled.  Towards the end of 2011 efforts were made to identify metal components needing cleaning and treading to prevent rust, in preparation for being sent for processing.  The aim is to send in as much in 1 go to make the process more cost effective.

The first job for 2012 is to assist Eddie Ruskin with preparing his Coupé for painting, so a mould can be taken from the front end.  Expect a work session to continue this preparation in late March.  No further work is required on the Q003 body shell until Eddie Ruskin has fully assess what fibre glass repair works are required, in addition to repairing the entire front end.

Keep an eye on the club website for further announcements.
