Assuming that there is enough of the metallic contact left on the screen where the connector came off it should be possible to solder the connector back on. The metallic contact may be covered in a black coating that need to be carefully scraped off to expose the metal below.
If you are attempting this in colder weather it is a good idea to warm the screen up with a hair dryer first to avoid thermal shock shattering the screen.
